Om Namah Shivay by Babaji

Aumkar chanting before the Om Namah Shivaya mediation

Om Namah Shivaya from Navel area

Now we have wildfires in Australia due to which so many living beings are losing their lives. Another catastrophe which I have been telling you all about is looming ahead. Therefore, in order to mitigate the impact of these natural disasters; for the welfare of all those living around you, we are all getting together and engaging in this Om Namah Shivaya & Mrityunjaya Japa every night which will act like a ring of protection around you and those living around you. But before you start this chant if you wish your mind to be more focused and tuned to this energy you should begin with this Aumkar chanting which is slightly different as AUMA. Definitely there will be positive results from this and we should continue doing this. — Babaji

According to Shivananda’s explanations, there is not only ONE catastrophe, but many others are going to happen. Those catastrophes will affect the whole planet, particularly many countries’ sea sides. This is why it was recommended already many years ago to avoid settling down in such coastal regions around the world.

Om Namah Shivaya from Navel area – hear Babaji’s audio on how to chant.

The simple Om chanted before bhajans is called “Aumkar or Omkar”, which is Aum or Om. Aum-a or Om-a is like above, but you add a very shot “a” at the end of Aum or Om.

Every human being and every creature gets vital pranic energy from navel area(belly button). The navel is a very vital part of our body. When we chant Aumkar and Om Namah Shivaya from the navel area, we can create positive energy in us and our surroundings. By chanting Aumkar from our navel area we can cure our body diseases and overcome our inner conflicts.
