Today I talked about Dhyan (meditation).
How we have to do the meditation.
Here we have to understand a thing and the thing that we have to understand is what our Guru is ordering us.
Here the most important thing is that what Guru is trying to tell us to do and our Guru instructs us that in whole day of 24-25 hours you need to sit down quietly everyday for half an hour.Guru’s guidance is that we need to take out half an hour from our busy daily routine.All he is guiding is to sit quietly for half an hour and meditate and then you may think that you already know how to do meditation in so many different ways,so we  think that now are Guru will now tell us some very special and mysterious-unique way to do the meditation.Some technique which will guide us to take control on our thoughts.You need to listen to the instructions of he Guru as his guidance is the most important aspect learning meaning if Guru tells you to sit hen that means you need to sit and he has not told you to fight with good and bad thoughts neither you need to control over your good or bad thoughts.He has not mentioned any control just he suggested that you need to sit, now what it means is that you just need to sit because in this life we have labeled several things to as good and bad.Sometimes we think these thoughts are good and some other thoughts are bad and in the pursuit to bring change from bad to good we tend to loose control over our heart and mind.
As long we will continue to fiddle with our thoughts till then we will find they are raising their heads in front of us like enemies.You all expressed your own point of views but you all need to understand g Guru has ordered you just to sit down ,in 24 hours just sit and advised that all you do is just witness your thoughts arising in mind and don’t label them as good or bad and stop fighting with them , it is not your work to evaluate them as good or bad all you need is to witness as they arise and leave .
Sometimes your thoughts and feelings fill your life with joy and sometimes they drift you to sorrow, sadness and deep pain, you have to grab this point that your thoughts are responsible for making you feel good or bad , your task is just to sit.
Thoughts are like reflections meaning that what ever feelings are arising are not truth whatever you are creating through your thoughts and feelings are mere imagination.
Whatever you are creating through it to achieve anything like meaning why you want to meditate, to get God .More than half people thing that they will experience God in meditation but it has got nothing to do with it.Dhayan(meditation)means focus  or concentration on only one point, Aikant means the end of the one also inside you.
So you now need to understand the process of meditation.What I am saying is just sit and see the thought arising and falling just observe them how they are arising or happening just witness, don’t label them good or bad, leave them on God.
When you will start observing  your thoughts and feelings how they emerge and disappear you will start recognizing inner peace and you will understand the art of the existence of your thoughts and feelings but if you will observe them as your enemy in a battlefield you like many people will feel trapped in the thoughts.As we feel our thoughts are real and then we get trapped in those and that’s the reason we can not meditate, your task is just to sit when your Guru will observe that my guidance is followed and then one day the Guru will himself descend down and hold your hand and guide you.Just leave all the fruits of meditation on your Guru and just follow his one command that sit for sometime and stop worrying about what to observe and what not just leave everything on Guru, just sit with intention that everything else my Guru will take care all I have to do is just sit . Whenever you will sit with this intention without any precognition that what is supposed to happen then this divine thing will manifest for sure in your life and Your Guru will appear and will hold your hand to take you forward in your life.
