Babaji’s love and blessings are always with all of you. After a long period of time, today I have got this opportunity of meeting with all of you like this and for me it is a matter of great joy. Our relationship is not connected through some phone or network. This network of ours is “heart-to-heart” and through this network we all are always connected. The way you miss me every day, miss me every moment, say your prayers, and the way you speak so many words and prayers to Babaji within your heart, the same way I also keep you within my heart. You all have always been within my heart. Every moment I can feel your words, your love. Every moment I can listen to your prayers. 

I thought that for some time I should leave the group Babaji Samaaj for us to feel this connection, which is “heart-to-heart”, hence for some time I left the group Babaji Samaaj but not you! My one reason for leaving the group was to see that seriousness within you. There is a particular habit, a particular nature of Guru: She/He keeps testing Her/His children at every step and regarding everything, and through these tests She/He imparts a lot of teaching. And what you learn from this is very important because at Guru’s every step, in Guru’s every action, in Guru’s every word, whatever is your perspective, whatever is the way you look at your Guru, whatever is the way you walk as per your Guru’s teachings, whatever you understand through Guru’s words, it is through this perspective that you have to see what you are learning through Guru’s actions, words, and tests, and then you should always discuss and share the learnings and your understandings with your Guru. You should tell your Guru, “This is what we learnt from your particular teaching, is this what You are trying to teach us?” It is similar to the situation in which you go to a classroom, the teacher writes something on the blackboard, and you write that in your diary. The next day the teacher asks you if you remember what was taught the previous day, if you learnt that topic. There remains a fear within you that you have to learn this, revise this because tomorrow your teacher may ask you about it. Whenever you go inside your classroom you always go prepared because whatever is taught you have to answer it next day and so you are very serious about it. And when that seriousness enters within you it teaches you. And while you are learning from your teacher you do not have much time to even think if whatever is being taught is right or wrong. You have so much faith in your teacher that whatever the teacher writes on the blackboard you believe that it will be useful for tomorrow. Soon your exams take place so the whole year of studying is done only for exams. There is a relation of faith between you and your teacher that whatever is being taught you know that you have to study it to go to the next classroom. During that time we surrender our opinions which means that we do not have the time to think, or we may say that there is so much faith within us that whatever is taught to us we accept that to be true and keep moving forwards. 

Whoever you are today, be it a doctor, an engineer, or a CA, you are who you are because at that point of time when you went to the classroom to study, you kept only one thing inside your mind, i.e. “seriousness”. It was that seriousness, that fear, that will to seriously learn whatever was being taught to you, and that seriousness in your studies during your childhood which has made you who you are today. You may say that you could study during that time because you had no responsibilities but you forget that during that time the biggest responsibility that you had was your future. You were serious because you had stress that in future you have to become something, you have to win something. Whatever position you have today is because of this important trait of seriousness. That education, that school, that teacher of childhood taught you how to live in today’s world, society, and time, how to earn, how to make yourself self-dependent. All of these things you learnt during your childhood studies and school. 

It is the same situation even today. You walked yesterday to live today. If you walk today and you begin from today then your upcoming future will be beautiful as well. You learnt in school how to walk in society, how to sit and stand, how to talk, how to eat, how to conduct yourself, everything you learnt from school. But when you walk on the spiritual path, when you enter spiritual school, then your spiritual teacher teaches you to walk. Everyone walks in the society but in correct language, the true manner of being and walking in the society is only taught by spiritual teacher. 

Many people like more to sit, to listen, to talk, like to do activities that require less hard work, like to walk less. Here I do not mean walking for 50 km but when it comes to do hard work, stand up and walk, then many people prefer to sit back. For example, I told some days back that I want to organise a meditation retreat. I had this desire of teaching you meditation, and I still have that desire and I will teach you! But what happened is this when I talk of pilgrimage, your interest goes to a different level. Yes, you want to make a pilgrimage, you want to explore a new place, go here and there, for pilgrimage you do not think much. But when it comes to making a pilgrimage within yourself, walking within, to sit at one place and keep walking within, for that I kept on saying again and again that you have to come, you all have to come, Babaji will teach you something because Guru gives us an opportunity. The most beautiful pilgrimage of this life is pilgrimage within yourself and for the external pilgrimage I take you, we all go somewhere and we have thousands of options to choose from the places we can go to but this inner pilgrimage seems boring to a lot of people. Because look, you accept Babaji as your Guru but to accept and to seriously follow His words are two different things. If you come to me and ask me to teach you meditation, I will tell you to come at 3 AM or 4 AM but from one hundred individuals fifty will give me excuses to postpone the timing to 5 AM, to keep it later, some will say that they cannot come in the morning. You do not promptly accept those words. 

If you think that money, distance, health, family, responsibilities are the obstacles, then it’s fine. Because in practical life when we live and look at these things then yes, these things often come. Sickness, money, life, prosperity, peace, God, Guru everything is there. It is something like this that we cannot call them excuses. These are realities that if we are sick then of course we are sick. If you tell me I am sick and cannot come I can accept that. If you say that you have financial limitations or if distance is too much, yes everything can be accepted. Your Guru understands everything. But think if in your family there is some marriage or function, or if you want to build a house or buy a car, do we think about these things during those times? No, we don’t. Because we are so much surrounded by our desires, our problems that even if we hold Ma’s hand we keep on saying that we are afraid. See, if we want to hold Ma’s hand then we need to give up fear. If you really want to come then try to remember whatever your Guru has taught you till now, for once try to surrender yourself completely to your Guru’s feet, say that “Please add me in your list, I want to come.” For once take test of your Guru and then you will see miracle. You are connected to your problems but Guru wants to take you out of your problem but you keep sitting with your problem, you do not leave your problem, and maybe you do not want to leave your problem. You tell your problem, your Guru tells you the solution to your problem. You have network, phone, WhatsApp, you ask, you tell, if I am not in Samaaj for two days you leave the Samaaj, you say that there is nothing in Samaaj, whom we should talk to in Samaaj. 

You have problem, I have solution to your problem. It is not that I don’t have problem, I too have problems, but I have to search solution for my problem, all of you together cannot search for the solution but I can give solution to your problem. If in your life you have any problem, then for its solution you have to go to your Guru. Because only Guru has that solution. You have to remember that time when our relationship, our journey began. How beautiful it was! It is still the same. There was a part in the journey where I was a bit silent but from now I will meet you every Sunday and next Sunday we will have a Question & Answer (Q & A) session. Today I taught you very simply about seriousness and what Guru wants to tell you. Because I cancelled meditation retreat since I invited fifty people but even after 1.5 months not even ten people confirmed to come. So I felt a little sadness and I did not want to repeat myself because this was very important thing that I wanted to tell you something, I wanted to teach you something. I had written very clearly that this was going to be a very beautiful step in my journey that I had been waiting for so many years to start. But you did not take it seriously. So I also did not need to be serious. 

We will start Q & A, I will also come in Live Chanting, we will restart sankeertan, chanting on YouTube. I had talked about meditation previously as well. You will say that Babaji only talks about meditation, He does not teach. But that is not the case. Babaji can teach you but for that you have to be a bit ready. It is not that I have to buy something from the way and give you. No, no, no. When we go for pilgrimage at that time meditation cannot be done because we do not stay for long at one place, we keep running. Meditation is a seriousness, is a focus, needs to be done while sitting at one place, hence this was planned but now it is cancelled. When you tell me that Babaji we have to do this, we have to do this, we have to do this, you have to say it again and again, then yes I am ready. I am always ready! But it’s not like I will teach it individually because a group is powerful, Samaaj is a symbol of Shakti. Between Omkar chanted by one person and chanted by a group, which one will have more power? Same way all of you will together do meditation, will feel energies of each other, will sit with your Guru. Group is powerful and had that not been so then a tree would have only consisted of a single branch. But it has so many branches, thousands of leaves. If those leaves and branches are cut then the tree will lose its value. Similarly meditation is an individual journey but when it comes to learning then you have always learnt with people since your childhood and that’s how you have become something today. Similarly for Dhyan Sadhana you have to be together with your Guru then when your journey begins wherever your journey wants to take you alone she will take you. Because unless and until there is no environment and a place where you can sit and meditate, it is very difficult to do meditation. Now if you tell me to teach to one or two people, then this is not like cooking food and serving, this is that process, that path which takes you away from every food, every flavour, everything. That is called meditation.
