A place where every word dissolves into silence… where every prayer is heard… where Lord Bholenath, seated in deep stillness, fulfills every heartfelt wish of His children. Such is the beauty of the Kailash Yatra!

Now, let us continue the beautiful story of Ravan’s penance.


Pleased with Ravan’s intense penance, Lord Shiva granted him the boon he desired. But after Ravan received this boon, the gods and sages grew worried, because they knew that he would surely misuse this power. All the gods then approached Narad Muni for guidance. Narad Muni, understanding the situation, said, “Ravan is so lost in the arrogance of his strength that he can no longer distinguish between right and wrong. When the time comes, he will learn the consequences of his own pride.”


Filled with pride after receiving the boon, Ravan returned to Lanka. His mother was a great devotee of Lord Shiva and visited the temple every day. One day Ravan said to her, “You don’t need to go to the temple every day. With the power I have gained, I will bring Lord Shiva Himself to Lanka.”

Drunk with arrogance, Ravan decided to lift Mount Kailash. At that moment Narad Muni appeared before him and said, “O King of Lanka, your joy reveals that you have obtained some cherished boon!! ………To be continued!

Complacido con la penitencia de Ravana, Bhole Nath le concedió la bendición que deseaba. Pero tras recibirla, los dioses y sabios se preocuparon. Sabían que Ravana seguramente la malversaría. Entonces todos los dioses se reunieron y pidieron a Narada Muni una solución a este problema. Narada Muni, resolviendo el problema, les dijo a los dioses: «Ravana está tan inmerso en el orgullo de su fuerza que ni siquiera puede distinguir entre el bien y el mal. Con el tiempo, se dará cuenta de la arrogancia que le ha provocado su poder».

Ravana se volvió arrogante tras recibir esta bendición y regresó a su Lanka. La madre de Ravana era devota de Shiva. ¡Iba al templo todos los días! Un día, Ravana le dijo a su madre: «No necesitas ir al templo todos los días, yo elevaré y traeré a Bhole Nath a Lanka con el poder de mi fuerza». Lleno de orgullo, Ravana pensó en elevar a Kailash. En tal situación, Narad Muni se presentó ante Ravana y le dijo: «¡Oh, Rey de Lanka, tu felicidad demuestra que has recibido la bendición que tanto anhelabas!». ¡Continuará! ¡Jai Vishwa! ¡Jai Bhole Baba!
