*“Kailash”*

We will now gradually read about these mysteries connected to Kailash. Yesterday we read two mysteries, today listen further!

### *3. “In Hinduism, Mount Kailash is the home of Lord Shiva!”*

Mount Kailash adorns the spiritual fabric of Hinduism as the revered abode of Lord Shiva. According to our ancient Hindu beliefs, Lord Shiva resides here in eternal meditation; His sacred presence fills the holy peaks with divine yogic energy. He lives here with His divine family—His wife, Goddess Parvati, and His two beloved sons, Ganesha and Kartikeya. Lord Shiva’s supreme devotee, Nandi, also resides here.

Veiled in mysticism, this mountain invites devotees on a spiritual journey to experience and bow before the divine aura of Lord Shiva, who beautifies the very essence of the Himalayas.

### *4. “Mount Kailash is considered the link between Earth and Heaven!”*

Amidst the lofty peaks of the Himalayas, Mount Kailash stands tall, its four faces pointing toward the four directions. In the beliefs of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, this mountain is considered a divine bridge between Earth and Heaven—an entrance to divinity.

Mount Kailash, a solid link between the earthly and the celestial realms, continuously calls out to seekers, inviting them to explore the mystical connection between our world and the divine world above.

And from the realm of meditation, many souls gain entry into the depths of this mountain! Even today, countless yogis remain absorbed in deep meditation within it. Thus, Mount Kailash is the direct path from Earth to Heaven, hiding infinite secrets within itself. You will read about this in even greater detail in my book!

### *5. “There is the face of Lord Shiva on Mount Kailash!”*

In the remote southwest of Tibet, amidst the Himalayas, Mount Kailash holds an extraordinary mystery—an image resembling the face of Lord Shiva that can clearly be seen there!

The sacred pilgrimage, the Kailash Parikrama, begins from Yamdwar, where the southern face of Kailash is visible, followed by the journey to Derapukh for the northern face. With every step, the mountain reveals new aspects— from the south to the west, and finally to the north. As pilgrims advance, the appearance of the mountain changes, unveiling its western face, where a massive human-like face emerges.

Devotees of Lord Shiva believe this to be the face of Lord Shiva Himself. And it is not merely a belief—it is the truth. From here, one can indeed behold the divine face of the Lord.
