| Char Dham Yatra – The Completion – Day 67 |

Having completed Darshan of the 4 holy abodes, as also of several other temples along the way, our lives have been fulfilled. We are redeemed of all our sins merely by knowing of their power and listening to the story of these sacred Himalayan pilgrimage abodes. I experienced a lot of bliss in writing & narrating this story. There are several such places in close proximity of Badrinath that can be visited and seen. “Mana” village is the last one on the Indian border there and the route to Satopanth, that the Pandavas chose for their heaven ward journey begins from “Mana” village. King Yudhishthir ascended to heaven with his physical body. These Himalayan peaks and mountains abound in many mysteries and inexplicable riddles; where each and every single mountain is a sacred place of penance and there are sages or ascetics seated in every nook and corner there. Having had Darshan of Badrinath temple and experienced the bliss of its glory, we have to return to our daily lives and routine. The story of this pilgrimage will soon become a reality that we shall all embark upon and enjoy together.

I thank Sunil bhaiya and Marco who so lovingly joined me in translating this narration, without which, this Yatra would have been incomplete. I thank Avinash and Balaji who encouraged me to embark on this travelogue. I thank all my children who read this narration with a lot of love and joy and partook of its inherent bliss, everyday. Without all of you, this pilgrimage would never have been completed. Soon, we shall embark upon yet another new journey.

                          “Thank you”
