Everyone that has taken birth in this world, will have to suffer pangs of pain or grief. But the person who has the knowledge of self or atman or who is self-realized, will not be sad, when he is suffering. There is a difference between suffering pain and being sad in that pain. A rock may get drenched in rain water, but it will be dry after some time, the only difference is that it will lose all the dirt and filth which is on it. Similarly a realized person, will be in the same state whether he is sad or happy. An ignorant person, is like an ink paper who soaks up all good and bad experiences in his life and will keep on suffering throughout his lifetime.

The happiness which a person gets after knowing the self, is unending and incomparable to the happiness which one gets through 5 senses, as there is an end to the pleasure derived through the senses. While an ignorant person will try to get happiness through the senses, the realized person will not care about it. There is no doubt that whenever anything bad happens or someone says any harsh words, the dirt which surrounds your heart will go away. But a realized soul will not care about all this, he will not be sad. So leave aside the worries regarding happiness and grief.

A person who does good deeds always thinks that, he doesn’t get the right bargain, i.e good for good and love for love, so he loses his faith in doing good deeds. But people always forget, that sin is attractive and is easy to do as it gives us immeasurable pleasure. After some point sin becomes unavoidable and imbibes the characteristics of being insolent and stubborn and thus leads to the destruction of the sinful person. Thus, sin does not give correct happiness. For leading a happy life, we should choose happiness that we get from doing good deeds as it would slowly lead us away from pain to happiness and should avoid happiness derived out of sinful activities as it would lead us to our destruction. A person has to decide what he wants, momentary pleasure or an unending happiness. Today every person wants miracles in his life, everyone needs a God who would end his sufferings while granting his every wish, that’s why he wanders in search of that God. Many people take advantage of this and try to mislead the innocent in their search for God.

A person wanders in search of his miraculous God, but he fails to find Him and peace. The only way to find God is to stop searching for Him, we should choose the form we love and should develop full faith in him. One should always remember that he will get God, who will perform miracles but for that he needs devotion and faith. Come to me, I will perform miracles in your life but only when you have these two qualities i.e devotion and faith. Pray to any form, even Gods made out of rocks will perform miracles if you have steady devotion and faith. Be happy!!

God created men, but then men created many fake human Gods and now the followers of these human Gods are killing each other to prove which one is better. God created everyone as equals, but these fake gods created many social inequalities. Till the time we don’t stop creating fake human Gods and help to protect and serve people, social equality, protection and justice will not be possible. People always remember the Gods they have created but forget the creatures created by God himself. Many fake God men have divided the society into many fractions like religion and have twisted the minds of people with various complexities. But, they have forgotten that despite changes in the behavior of the men, the rules will be same, as they are created by God Himself. That’s why the only one who is capable of being Guru is the one who runs the whole world and in fact that Guru is God (Narayan) and no one else. Many may proclaim to be God, but in truth there will be only one God at one given point of time not more.

A chariot whose charioteer is restless, owner unconscious and the reins of horses not tightly held, no matter how the steady and smooth the way is, the journey is prone to accidents. But if it is a chariot whose charioteer is intelligent, owner is attentive and reins of horses are tight held whiling driving, no matter how restless the horse or how narrow the road is, there will never be an accident. Jeevatama who is your charioteer, how should it be intelligent or restless and inattentive? You have to decide how your Atma and mind should be, attentive or ignorant? Or should it be fearless? Your body is the chariot and your senses are horses, how should they be restless or fast? Your heart is the rein to your senses, which should be hardened. Now how to drive your chariot that your body is, it is up to you. You have come to know by now that if one is restless and ignorant, they will commit accidents in their life journey and if one is careful, they will cross over this live. The person who sows the seeds, nurtures them and puts his sweat and blood in growing crops, will be scared due to excessive rains and uncertainty, only He (God?)can tell you that Atman or self will lead you to correct path. But the person who has not sown the seeds and not done the handwork will not scared by uncertainties. So only the person who wants knowledge will be worried about it and he will be scared about wasting the time as time will move on. But a person who doesn’t understand knowledge he will not fear anything because for him every situation is same. Be happy!!

If you use all of the above information in your daily activities you will give a new direction to your life, but if you just listen to them like a discourse and keep them in books then only books will be benefitted and not you. Be Happy!!!
