*“Ashram”*

It was the year 2015. Gurudev said that someone was going to come home, and after their arrival, a trust would be established here.

To tell you the truth, I didn’t even know what a trust was! What it meant, how it would happen—I had no idea.

But the most important question was, who was coming?

And soon, Gurudev’s words came true.

During those days, one of Swami’s devotees came from Switzerland to Kangra. Around the same time, a few devotees from Delhi also arrived in Kangra. Both groups had a desire to create a trust there. And at that very moment, Bhagwan Himself gave the name of the trust — *“Shri Sai Mangalam Central Trust.”*

All of this was a divine resolution of the Lord!

I didn’t understand even a single word about how it would all happen or who would be part of it. But everything unfolded on its own!

For me, it was nothing short of a miracle.

Whatever Swami had said was coming true. That’s why, when the Guru gives a command or speaks of the future, one must stop using their own mind—because the Guru’s power and divine will are only understood in time!

After the trust was established, everyone told me,

“Babaji, now you must build an Ashram! Because now the number of devotees visiting your home is increasing, and people keep coming and going. There’s a need for a proper place.”

Everyone started making their own plans, but my heart wasn’t in these discussions.

Yet, I knew it was all out of their love and devotion for me.

I would listen to them, and at the same time, I remembered my Gurudev’s words—how many years ago he had told me that one day an Ashram would come!

At that time, I didn’t believe it. Even today, I didn’t fully believe it.

But seeing everything happening before me, I remained silent.

And now, that moment had finally arrived—the time to look for land for the Ashram!

I was simply moving forward under my Guru’s command.

Although, one truth I must admit—in 2011, I had already seen glimpses of the time that lay ahead in my life. I had gone through deep spiritual experiences.

Yet, I wasn’t ready to take on a responsibility as big as an Ashram.

But perhaps, now was not the time to just keep thinking.

I had to obey my Guru’s order—that was all that mattered.

So, I began searching for land for the Ashram.

Wherever I was told to go, I went.

Gurudev said, “I already know where and when the land for the Ashram will come to you. But as you walk this path, you will reach it yourself. So just keep doing your karma—you will have to strive and work hard. Without action, nothing can be attained.”
