Wipe Away Whatever Others Have Written Upon Your Mind

Erase whatever others have written upon your mind.

Wash your slate clean.
Clear it completely.
Make your book blank once again, for it is only upon blank pages that life writes its most beautiful sentences.

When a human being is born, the mind is utterly pure. There is no deceit, no hypocrisy, no ego, and no hatred toward anyone. It is like a spotless mirror, reflecting nothing but truth. But as we journey through the world, people begin leaving their fingerprints upon that mirror. Some write their fears, some their beliefs, some their superstitions, some their hatred, some their limitations, and others the burden of their own failures.

Gradually, we forget who we truly are. We become what others have made us believe we are. Someone says, "You cannot do this," and we accept it. Someone says, "Don't do that—what will people think?" and we imprison our dreams. Some instill fear in the name of religion, others impose restrictions in the name of society. Some teach compromise in the name of relationships, while others feed the ego in the name of success.

That is why the heart becomes heavy. Joy slowly disappears from life. The music within falls silent. The soul continues to call, but the old words written upon the mind drown out its voice.

So the very first step is to erase that old writing from within.

Erase whatever filled you with fear.
Erase whatever made you feel small.
Erase whatever taught you to hate.
Erase whatever separated you from your own true Self.

Clean the slate of your mind so completely that only Truth can be written upon it.

Remember, the Divine never pours into a vessel that is already full. God enters only where there is emptiness. Where the ego comes to an end, there the Divine begins. A mind already crowded with endless thoughts cannot hear the gentle whisper of Truth.

It is upon a blank page that the first ray of light descends.
It is upon a blank page that a new history is written.
It is upon a blank page that the flower of wisdom blossoms.
And it is within an empty mind that consciousness explodes into awakening.

An innocent mind is the doorway to meditation.
An innocent mind is the home of love.
An innocent mind is the temple of God.

The day your mind becomes free from beliefs, assumptions, prejudices, and superstitions, you will see the world for the very first time as it truly is. Then you will find no enemy and no stranger. In every face, you will recognize the same Divine Consciousness.

True wisdom is not born from books. It is born when the mind becomes empty even of books. Knowledge cannot be borrowed—it must be experienced. And experience belongs only to the one who has the courage to see with their own eyes.

When the inner noise comes to an end, silence begins to speak.
When thoughts become still, Truth reveals itself.
When the ego dissolves, love is born.
And when the "I" disappears, only the Divine remains.

पोछ डालो जो भी दूसरों ने तुम्हारे मन पर लिख दिया है।
धो लो अपनी स्लेट को, साफ कर दो उसे।
कोरी कर लो अपनी किताब, क्योंकि कोरी किताबों पर ही जीवन की सबसे सुंदर वाक्य लिखी जाती है।

मनुष्य जब जन्म लेता है, तब उसका मन बिल्कुल निर्मल होता है। उसमें न कोई छल होता है, न कपट, न अहंकार, न किसी के प्रति घृणा। वह तो एक स्वच्छ दर्पण की तरह होता है, जिसमें केवल सत्य का प्रतिबिंब दिखाई देता है। लेकिन जैसे-जैसे वह संसार में आगे बढ़ता है, लोग उस दर्पण पर अपनी-अपनी उँगलियों के निशान छोड़ते जाते हैं। कोई अपने डर लिख देता है, कोई अपनी मान्यताएँ, कोई अपने अंधविश्वास, कोई अपनी नफरत, कोई अपनी सीमाएँ, और कोई अपनी असफलताओं का बोझ।

धीरे-धीरे हम भूल जाते हैं कि हम वास्तव में कौन हैं। हम वह बन जाते हैं जो लोगों ने हमें बना दिया। किसी ने कहा, “तुम कुछ नहीं कर सकते,” और हमने मान लिया। किसी ने कहा, “यह मत करो, लोग क्या कहेंगे,” और हमने अपने सपनों को कैद कर लिया। किसी ने धर्म के नाम पर डर दिया, किसी ने समाज के नाम पर बंधन, किसी ने रिश्तों के नाम पर समझौते, और किसी ने सफलता के नाम पर अहंकार।

यही कारण है कि मन भारी हो जाता है। जीवन में आनंद नहीं बचता। भीतर का संगीत खो जाता है। आत्मा पुकारती रहती है, लेकिन मन पर लिखी हुई पुरानी इबारतें उसकी आवाज़ को दबा देती हैं।

इसलिए सबसे पहले अपने भीतर की उस पुरानी लिखावट को मिटाओ।

जिसने तुम्हें डराया, उसे मिटा दो।
जिसने तुम्हें छोटा महसूस कराया, उसे मिटा दो।
जिसने तुम्हें नफरत करना सिखाया, उसे मिटा दो।
जिसने तुम्हें स्वयं से दूर कर दिया, उसे मिटा दो।

गुरु… केवल एक शब्द नहीं है। गुरु वह शक्ति है जो एक साधारण मनुष्य को असाधारण बना देती है।
भगवान हमें इस संसार में भेजते हैं। वे हमें शरीर देते हैं, साँसें देते हैं, जीवन देते हैं। लेकिन उस जीवन को कैसे जीना है, उसका उद्देश्य क्या है, सत्य क्या है, धर्म क्या है, और अंततः इस जीवन को सफल कैसे बनाना है—यह ज्ञान केवल गुरु देते हैं। इसलिए कहा गया है कि भगवान जन्म देते हैं, लेकिन गुरु जीवन देते हैं।
मनुष्य जब जन्म लेता है, तब उसे कुछ भी नहीं आता। न बोलना, न चलना, न पहचानना, न समझना। यदि जीवन में गुरु न हों तो मनुष्य जीवनभर अज्ञान के अंधकार में ही भटकता रहे।
सबसे पहले गुरु हमारे माता-पिता होते हैं। वे उँगली पकड़कर चलना सिखाते हैं, गिरने पर उठना सिखाते हैं, बोलना सिखाते हैं, संस्कार सिखाते हैं। वे हमें बताते हैं कि बड़ों का सम्मान कैसे करना है, सत्य क्या है, प्रेम क्या है, त्याग क्या है और परिवार का महत्व क्या है। उनका ऋण कोई कभी नहीं चुका सकता।
फिर हमारे जीवन में विद्यालय के गुरु आते हैं। वे केवल अक्षरों का ज्ञान नहीं देते, बल्कि हमें इस संसार में सम्मानपूर्वक जीने की कला सिखाते हैं। वे हमारी बुद्धि को जागृत करते हैं, हमारे भीतर छिपी हुई प्रतिभा को पहचानते हैं और हमें अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होना सिखाते हैं। उनके कारण हम संसार में अपना स्थान बना पाते हैं।

Ego is a person’s greatest enemy.
It slowly eats a person from within—his soul, his character, and his entire life. In the beginning, one does not even realize it, because ego grows silently. It distances a person from the truth and keeps him under the illusion that he is everything.

The most dangerous thing about ego is that it causes no pain and is never visible, because it has no form. A person does not realize its presence until it is too late. By the time understanding comes, relationships may already be broken, respect may be lost, and the true joys of life may have drifted away.

Therefore, one should remain cautious of ego. If it is not treated in time—with humility, understanding, and self-reflection—it can destroy everything in a person’s life.
Humility elevates a person, but ego eventually reduces him to dust.

अहंकार इंसान का सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन है।
यह धीरे-धीरे इंसान को भीतर से खाता है—उसकी आत्मा को, उसके चरित्र को और उसके पूरे जीवन को। शुरुआत में इसका एहसास भी नहीं होता, क्योंकि अहंकार चुपचाप पनपता है। यह इंसान को उसकी सच्चाई से दूर कर देता है और उसे इस भ्रम में रखता है कि वही सब कुछ है।

अहंकार की सबसे खतरनाक बात यह है कि यह कभी दर्द नहीं देता, कभी दिखाई नहीं देता, क्योंकि इसका कोई रूप नहीं होता। इंसान को तब तक इसका पता नहीं चलता जब तक बहुत देर नहीं हो जाती। जब तक समझ आता है, तब तक रिश्ते टूट चुके होते हैं, सम्मान खो चुका होता है और जीवन की सच्ची खुशियाँ दूर जा चुकी होती हैं।

इसलिए अहंकार से सावधान रहना चाहिए। अगर समय रहते इसका इलाज—नम्रता, समझ और आत्मचिंतन—से नहीं किया जाए, तो यह इंसान के जीवन में सब कुछ खत्म कर सकता है।
नम्रता इंसान को ऊँचा बनाती है, लेकिन अहंकार उसे एक दिन मिट्टी में मिला देता है।जय विश्व! भोले बाबा !!

Lentamente, consume y carcome a la persona desde dentro — su alma, su carácter y toda su vida. Inicialmente, esto ni siquiera se percibe, porque el ego crece silenciosamente. Aleja a la persona de su realidad y la mantiene bajo la ilusión de que lo es todo.

This world runs according to the law of karma. Whatever we do eventually returns to us in one form or another. Just as when we throw something upward, it circles back and falls upon us again, in the same way good and bad actions also return to us one day.

Therefore, a person should always remember that every action has a definite consequence. If we treat others kindly, help people, and live our lives with truth and honesty, then the results also come back to us in the form of happiness, respect, and peace. But if we perform bad deeds, hurt others, or follow the wrong path, then we too must face the consequences in some form or another.

In this world, the account of karma is always settled. No action ever goes to waste. That is why we should always adopt good thoughts, good words, and good deeds, because in the end, they become the true wealth of our lives.

We reap exactly what we sow. Therefore, always perform good actions in life, because one day they will surely return to us.

यह संसार कर्म के नियम पर चलता है। जो हम करते हैं, वही किसी न किसी रूप में हमारे पास वापस लौटकर आता है। जैसे यदि हम किसी वस्तु को ऊपर की ओर फेंकते हैं, तो वह घूमकर फिर हमारे ही ऊपर आकर गिरती है। ठीक उसी प्रकार हमारे अच्छे और बुरे कर्म भी एक दिन हमारे पास लौटकर अवश्य आते हैं।

इसलिए मनुष्य को हमेशा यह याद रखना चाहिए कि उसके हर कार्य का फल निश्चित है। अगर हम दूसरों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार करते हैं, मदद करते हैं, सच्चाई और ईमानदारी से जीवन जीते हैं, तो उसका फल भी हमें सुख, सम्मान और शांति के रूप में मिलता है। लेकिन यदि हम बुरे कर्म करते हैं, किसी को दुख देते हैं या गलत रास्ता अपनाते हैं, तो उसका परिणाम भी हमें किसी न किसी रूप में भोगना ही पड़ता है।

कर्म का हिसाब इस संसार में अवश्य होता है। यहाँ कोई भी कर्म व्यर्थ नहीं जाता। इसलिए हमें हमेशा अच्छे विचार, अच्छे शब्द और अच्छे कर्म अपनाने चाहिए, क्योंकि अंत में वही हमारे जीवन का वास्तविक धन बनते हैं।

Este mundo funciona según la ley del karma. Todo lo que hacemos regresa de una forma u otra. Por ejemplo, si lanzamos algo hacia arriba, girará y caerá sobre nosotros. De igual manera, nuestras buenas y malas acciones inevitablemente regresarán a nosotros algún día.

Por lo tanto, los seres humanos debemos recordar siempre que cada acción tiene una consecuencia. Si tratamos bien a los demás, los ayudamos y vivimos una vida de verdad y honestidad, cosecharemos las recompensas en forma de felicidad, respeto y paz. Sin embargo, si cometemos malas acciones, causamos sufrimiento o tomamos el camino equivocado, sufriremos las consecuencias de una forma u otra.

El karma siempre se contabiliza en este mundo. Ninguna acción es en vano. Por lo tanto, siempre debemos adoptar buenos pensamientos, buenas palabras y buenas acciones, porque al final, estas son la verdadera riqueza de nuestras vidas.
